If you want the combined life, accident and health line, you will need 40 hours of state-approved pre-licensing coursework. You must show evidence of having completed this coursework by taking a completion certification exam.
About The Ohio Life And Health Insurance ExamOnce you have passed the pre-licensing exam, contact PSI to set up your licensing test for a fee per line. You will need two forms of government-issued identification, one of which must have a picture. You have three licensing exam options in Ohio:
- Life Insurance: 100 questions, 2 hours
- Health Insurance: 100 questions, 2 hours
- Life, Accident and Health Insurance: 150 questions, 2 hours and 30 minutes
