New Mexico Life and Health Insurance Exam RequirementsIn New Mexico, you will apply for your insurance license before you take the licensing exam. To do this, get Form 210 from the New Mexico Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI). You must also request a Candidate Bulletin and fill out the Examination Registration Form.
